About Us

On behalf of the Arkansas Reentry Council, The Foundation for the Mid South is pleased to produce the Arkansas Reentry Guide. It is the hope of the Reentry Council that this directory will serve as a resource for those reentering communities throughout the state of Arkansas. The Reentry Council understands the many obstacles that returning ex-offenders face as they rejoin their families and neighborhoods. While these obstacles make it difficult, there are many services and resources throughout the state of Arkansas that work to make this transition successful for ex-offenders, their families, and the communities to which they are returning.

This directory is designed to connect people to services. It includes resources from national, state, and local agencies with the goal of being as comprehensive as possible. However, some information may prove to be missing. The information for each organization on the website has been provided by the service provider or from the organization’s website. While every effort is made to provide current and accurate information for the agency descriptions and hours of operation, it is recommended to call the agency to verify the information before visiting. The editors cannot and do not vouch for the accuracy or quality of service available.

Purpose of the directory

This guide is intended to provide essential information and resources about services to ex-offenders and those that support them. We hope this directory will reach the many individuals throughout Mississippi that need this information.
